PetroBot Academy supports professional development through structured training and certification programs. In connection with these programs, we collect and maintain educational and administrative records necessary for program delivery and institutional governance.

Information Collected

• Enrollment Information: Identification details, contact information, educational qualifications, and professional affiliations as required for program administration.
• Academic Records: Assessment outcomes, participation logs, practical evaluations, and instructional feedback generated during the course of training.

The Visualize Platform provides a managed environment for industrial data hosting, visualization, and asset management.

To ensure optimal platform performance and to support service evolution, we may process aggregated, derived, and anonymized data reflecting platform usage patterns, feature engagement, and system performance trends. Such processing supports infrastructure planning, feature development, and the advancement of our service capabilities without attributing data to identifiable clients or assets.
