In July 2026, Rajasthan Minister of State for Home Affairs Jawahar Singh Bedham inaugurated PetroBot's Robotic Research and Development Centre under the Rising Rajasthan initiative. The facility brings research, engineering, testing and manufacturing under one roof for AI- and sensor-driven robots designed for hazardous industrial environments.
